Check your travel details

Forway helps organize travel information. Automated extraction can misread or omit details, and imported information may be incomplete or out of date. Forway does not guarantee that extracted information is accurate, complete or current.

After each import, check your booking against the original confirmation, especially dates, local times and time zones, airports or stations, passenger details and booking references. Correct any errors before using the itinerary to plan your journey. A booking without a “Needs review” label is not a guarantee that every detail is correct.

Before travel, check the airline or other provider directly for the latest schedule, terminal, gate, check-in and boarding deadlines, cancellations and travel requirements. Do not rely on Forway as your only source for time-critical travel decisions. Keep your original confirmations and valid tickets available.

Forway does not replace your carrier’s ticket, boarding pass, official notices or travel advice. Approximate map routes and travel times are planning aids and may differ from the route or time you actually need.

This notice explains the service’s limitations and the checks travelers should make. It does not exclude or limit rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If you find an extraction error, correct the booking in the app. To report a recurring problem, contact forwayDev@outlook.com. Do not email passwords or ticket codes.
